Prepaid driver didn’t　bring up to hotels gate, he left on the way to hotel's slope in the midnight. I had to carry big luggage by myself! It's better to ask hotel to pick up to the airport.

******* house - there were weird things similar to a ******* place, tilted chandelier, handprints on room ceiling, doors locking etc ! The property is very terribly maintained with rude staff and owner. The lift was not working - they asked us to climb till 3rd floor with my 72 year old parents. The ac remote was broken, door knobs were broken, bathroom tub and toilet seats had cracks. The traveler or bigger vehicle cannot go till hotel. The rooms were not at all as were . On complaining to the owner he said we don’t put any pictures . The staff was rude - they said we cannot help if this is not working it’s your problem, we are just employees here

The property is good but it is not maintained well. The rooms are not worth the amount being charged. Stained bedsheets and half filled toiletries were a disappointment. The parking is a little tricky so if you are going by car then be careful. The staff was also not courteous.

Hotel is nearly 2 mins walk from beach. Best thing of the hotel is staff. Veg food is available. I booked for my in laws. And they enjoyed

The hotel is poorly managed and understaffed. It used to be good, but now it's sad reminder of the glorious past. Fixtures in the room don't work properly. Air conditioning doesn't work. They don't have their own restaurant and get food from outside. Only plus are rooms are good. Not value for money.

There are two sides of hotel, one part facing sea beach another main part completely packed, very poor ventilation. Ac at midnight become off. Poor infrastructure. Restaurant serve only breakfast. Staff are good. I get nothing from this hotel except one closed room with window you can't open due to dirt. No intercom system to call or connect. You have to call directly with reception

Average rooms, slightly below par location. Food is not good. Try avoiding food from the restaurant if you can. Location - difficult to find the hotel if you can't read malayalam.

Warm welcome by the management. Very polite behavior with customers. Room is good and the amenities are also nice. Being very near to the beach, we enjoyed a lot. Over all nice experience.

The rooms are not good. There is no restaurent. There is no hot water facility i the bathroom. There was insect in the bed. Bathrooms are very small. Water was licking from toilet zet. There is no proper room service. No intercom facility

I booked a sea view room, although it is sea facing room but the view is blocked because of trees but 4th floor has little sea view. Staff is really helpful, polite and provide service 24hr. There's no lunch and dinner at this place but there are lot of options nearby and outside food is allowed inside.
